This was at a huge festival in Atlanta every year with like 300,000 people and 11 stages. The festival stretched over May 4th, 5th, and 6th. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. M3 was headlining Saturday night on the 99X stage. 99X is the station that first played "Freak of the Week" and helped put M3 on the map.(M3 is from a town just north of Atlanta) I got to the festival that day and watched the other acts that day with my friends. M3 was signing autographs that night at 7:30. I got to the tent where they were signing at 6:15 thinking that i would be the 1st one there and i would meet Butch and the boys right after they showed up. I was wrong. I had to sit in line behind like 50 people. Finally at 8:15 i met the boys. I told Jayce and JJ (the new guitarist) they're my favorite band ever and they said that was a huge honor. They signed my shirt that I've had since 1999 when i saw M3 for the first time. I saw my friends when i was waiting in line to meet the boys and then i couldnt find them. Finally about an hour before M3 was set to take the stage. I saw some other friends there that i had seen earlier but just ran into them by coincidence. Finally after those pussies from train left the stage I was able to push my way up to the front of the huge ocean of people.(I'm 14 so its not very hard to slip in between people. Finally the band took the stage. They broke out into little head and just rocked all 300,000 people that were at the festival. I screamed every word to every song. 99X was holdning a contest and one of the prizes was to get to do something on stage for one song with the band. Some girl won and she chose to sing "Over Your Head." All I remember other than the fact that the show kicked ass is that they did covers of "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen which they've played at the last the shows before this one that I went to. They also played "Always Something There to Remind Me" which they've always covered. The show ended when security physically removed the band from the stage. Butch put up a fight and last about 30 seconds. Out of 5 stars this show get 4 1/2. They didn't play the old song "Katrina." Oh by the way, this was my 6th M3 show ever.
